Beautiful house, just please do a serious inquiry into the home owner's assets as to how they were able to buy that house. Probably a lot of international students they owe money too. Serious tax evasion. Probably sell drugs on the side. Yeah I'm lying?. I'm brown myself. It's sad but it's so true. They might have a clean business now but how did they start?. What’s up with the super quick, choppy edits? Very spastic. The camera person filming hardly spends any time in each room, and chooses to focus on the owner’s possessions. This isn’t MTV Cribs. I don’t care what artwork or wine they have; focus on the home’s features.

It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to real estate properties because all too often I don’t see all of the elements that truly impress me when I look closely at those properties. This ESTATE however is a total different experience, perhaps because overall we have the same taste in structure and decore….BUT this ESTATE listing is absolutely stunning! The views, the interior structure, an elevator added alongside the stairs, the presence of a games/billiards room, a home gym AND a home theatre, basement laundry etc…I can go on and on… This is a magnificent property…I would be honoured to own this as a legacy property to be kept for my family and extended family to visit from the US during the spring and summer months! I’ve watched this video 5x and I still am blown away each time!! Biggest challenge actually is the boathouse. Maintenance as well as whether to even have a boat as they’re quite an expense according to boat enthusiasts. Plus, given where the lakeshore sits…how does one even get a boat from the property to the boathouse location? All that said…..Whoever built this estate property is a family/owner with extraordinary taste! Very impressive indeed! ❤️❤️👏🏾👏🏾

I'd rather have an apartment in Toronto, and my house in Ann Arbor, it's a shame that the greater Detroit area suburbs are nicer than greater Toronto, although the GDA those are the real deal, that's old money right there, are still despite the decline in Detroit, those suburbs are relatively untouched - I mean, Grosse Pointe, Dearborn and Farmington Hills, are exceptional. Ann Arbor is a gem though... But Brampton? IDK.... That's said, the house is lovely
